Environment Art
We helped expand and refine four key environments in Binary Smoke, focusing on readability, atmosphere, and gameplay clarity. Each level was built to support the game’s stealth mechanics while maintaining a consistent visual identity. Signage, lighting, and spatial logic were used to guide players and reinforce immersion.

UI/UX Overhaul
We redesigned the UI to be clean, minimal, and integrated into gameplay — only visible when needed.
- Glitch Aesthetic: Subtle retro-inspired look with a modern edge
- Diegetic Menus: Elements appear contextually, without clutter
- Feedback System: Clear indicators for health, mission, and status
This UI needed to feel invisible until it mattered — and intuitive once it did. We recommend showcasing before/ after comparisons to highlight the visual clarity and impact of the redesign.
